School of Systems and Enterprises Graduate Programs

Today’s global enterprises are increasingly complex in the design and operation of their systems and require technical leaders to have both the knowledge to design cutting-edge systems and the skills to understand and manage those systems.

U.S. News & World Report Badge for Systems Engineering program

As a leading institution in systems science and engineering, the School of Systems and Enterprises (SSE) offers five master's degree programs with the depth and breadth needed to develop the next generation of technical and thought leaders who will apply their fluency in systems-based thinking and methodologies to solve large-scale, complex challenges in product design, development and innovation. Led by faculty from classical academia and industry, our master's degree programs are practice-based, application-driven and research-supported. Bolstered by a blend of engineering and systems and management subjects, the graduate education that a student earns at SSE is immediately translatable to various industries.

We offer exciting full- and part-time programs in fields of critical importance to contemporary society and its future. Our graduate students work directly with world-renowned experts in areas such as aerospace and defense, healthcare, software and urban resilience to develop the knowledge and skills imperative to understanding the nature and complexity of enterprise-wide problems and creating solutions.

Current high-achieving Stevens undergraduate students should consider the Accelerated Master's Program (AMP), which provides students the opportunity to begin taking graduate-level courses during their undergraduate studies, enabling them to earn both a bachelor's and master's degree at an accelerated pace.
