Loughran received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens in 1985.

Dominique Lueckenhoff serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, EHS & Sustainability at Hugo Neu Corporation. Reporting to the Chair and CEO, she leads the company’s global efforts in corporate sustainability, climate resiliency, environment, health and safety compliance, practices and policy, public and community affairs, and green business growth and investment with a focus on Kearny Point, Hugo Neu’s billion-dollar sustainable redevelopment commercial/industrial campus.

Bernard (Bernie) McNeilly is the Executive Vice President for the LiRo Group and is responsible for the delivery and growth of the design capabilities of the firm across all its offices. This includes civil, structures, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, architecture, and sustainable design as well as BIM & virtual design and construction services for public and private clients alike. Markets include education, public works & infrastructure, parks & recreation, judicial/correctional, cultural, healthcare, water/wastewater, and aviation. Focus is on the client delivery for clients in the Northeast Corridor. He is responsible for strategy, execution and delivery for all design markets and services. Bernie controls the profit/loss responsibility with a focus on increasing pipeline, client accounts, hard backlog, and revenue; retaining/growing workforce; and risk management. Bernie is part of the US Executive team.

Vivek Rajgarhia has been a successful entrepreneur and intrapreneur in the optical communications and semiconductor industry for over 30 years. He has founded two optical companies and has held senior executive positions, building global businesses, at public companies such as Lucent Technologies, Hitachi (OpNext), MACOM and POET. Vivek received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Frank Roberto retired from the project development division of ExxonMobil in the Global Projects Company in 2021, at the time located in the company’s Spring, Texas offices. In this role he supported new project development, as well as existing operations worldwide, across the company. Roberto graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

He has retired as president and CEO of the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation. He received his B.Eng. in mechanical and chemical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and his M.S. in bioengineering from Columbia University.

Tendü Yoğurtçu, Ph.D., is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Precisely. In this role, she directs the company’s technology strategy and innovation, leading all product research, and development programs. Yoğurtçu received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul.
William E. Witowsky '79

William (Bill) E. Witowsky has over 35 years experience in design and development of telecommunications products, silicon and software. Witowsky was most recently a senior fellow at Texas Instruments and served as chief technical officer of systems and software architecture for the Digital Signal Processing Systems Group. Witowsky received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and his M.S. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.
