Application Plans

How Do I Apply for Financial Aid?

If you apply to any of our decision plans, complete your CSS Profile and FAFSA by the deadlines listed on the admissions timeline.

The CSS Profile is required to be considered for any Stevens need-based scholarships and grants.

  • Stevens CSS/Financial Aid Profile code is 2819

The FAFSA is required to be considered for all federal or state aid programs. Please note the Department of Education is delayed in the 2024-2025 FAFSA release and is expected to be available in December 2023.

  • Stevens FAFSA code is 002639

Review the step-by-step guide to applying for financial aid.

You may also explore the net price calculator, which is designed to give you an estimated early indication of how much and what types of financial aid you might qualify for if you were attending school full-time in the academic year indicated.

What If I am Deferred?

We want our applicants to be successful at Stevens and our intent is to find the most qualified candidates for our programs. If you apply EDI, EDII or EA and we are not able to accept you at that time, you may be deferred for reconsideration in Regular Decision. We may let you know that we need more information and then update our final decision in late March or early April. The Admissions Committee may need to consider additional senior grades and/or test scores that may not have been available at the time of the earlier application submission.
