Dr. Yudi Dong will introduce the fundamentals of AI technology, particularly deep learning, and delve into its critical role in a field of growing concern for individuals, businesses, and governments alike: cybersecurity. Discover how AI is used to defend against cyber attacks and protect digital systems, while also understanding the new challenges and threats—such as adversarial attacks—that AI introduces to the cybersecurity landscape.

BIOGRAPHY

A portrait of Yudi Dong

Dr. Yudi Dong is the Government Grants Manager at Quantum Computing Inc. Before joining the industry, he served as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Hartford (UHart). Prior to that, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at Gannon University in 2021. Dr. Dong's research interests include deep learning, biometric cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things (IoT) security, AI methods for wireless communications, and smart healthcare.
