Student Travel Awards

Pending the availability of funds, we anticipate providing a limited number of scholarships to research students to partially offset the cost of their travel to attend the Conference. These will comprise a travel reimbursement of up to $500 and a waiver of the registration fee.

These are available to full-time graduate or undergraduate students who submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Each awardee will be expected to present their poster and/or an oral talk the Conference.

Eligible candidates must submit a CV, a presentation abstract, and a letter from their research advisor indicating the availability of funds to cover the balance of travel expenses via email to biomaterials@stevens.edu.

Applications should be submitted no later than February 15, 2025 with the subject line "Conference Travel Award."
