Student parking at Stevens is restricted to a select group of qualifying students and is restricted to valid permit holders during stated operating hours.

Daily Parking Permits
Undergraduate and Graduate students who live outside of Hoboken are eligible to purchase daily parking permits.
Daily parking permits do not provide overnight parking privileges.
$10 per day.
Semester Parking Permits
A valid parking permit is required for each semester (fall, spring, summer).
An application must be submitted for each semester parking is needed.
Semester parking permits are not pro-rated and there are no refunds.
Commuter Students
Undergraduate and Graduate students who live outside of Hoboken are eligible to apply for semester parking permits.
Commuter students may not park on campus overnight.
$150 per semester.

Undergraduate Students Enrolled in Co-ops or Stevens-obtained Internships
Undergraduate students who live on campus, in Stevens-leased housing, or in Greek housing are eligible to apply for semester parking permits if they are employed in co-operative education assignments (co-ops) or internships obtained directly through Stevens (similar to how a co-op is obtained) at locations that are not accessible by public transit or other non-vehicle modes.
Co-ops will be verified by the Stevens Career Center.
Proof of qualifying internships must be provided.
Approved students are permitted to park in Castle Point Hall Lot or River Lot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
$275 per semester.

Undergraduate Students Enrolled in AFROTC/ROTC
Undergraduate students who live on campus, in Stevens-leased housing, or in Greek housing are eligible to apply for semester parking permits if they are enrolled in the AFROTC program at NJIT or the ROTC program at Seton Hall University.
Proof of AFROTC or ROTC enrollment is required.
Approved students may park in Castle Point Hall Lot or River Lot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
$275 per semester.

Undergraduate Students with Disabilities or Temporary Mobility Limitations
Undergraduate students are eligible to apply for semester parking permits if they have disabilities or temporary mobility limitations.
Students must first gain approval from the Office of Disability Services.
Approved students may park in Castle Point Hall Lot, River Lot, or accessible spots 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
$275 per semester.
