The moment you have all been waiting for is finally here!
You can now use this link RSVP to your Commencement ceremony, claim guest tickets, verify your name pronunciation, and order the official Stevens Commemorative Commencement program. Stevens has partnered with Tassel to provide these services.
Please read and follow all the directions provided below. There are two separate ticket claiming processes, one for Theater Tickets and the other for Lawn Tickets. You must complete both sections.
Here are some important details:
RSVP to the ceremony. You must RSVP to attend your Commencement ceremony. Failure to RSVP within the timeframe provided will result in your inability to participate in the ceremony.
Claim your tickets. There will be two rounds of ticket distribution. Tickets that remain unclaimed by the stated deadline become property of Stevens and will be made available for redistribution to other graduating students. Stevens offers all graduates within each ceremony the same number of tickets. We do not make exceptions; no additional tickets can be offered to graduates. Graduates can gift the tickets they are not using to another graduate.
Phonetic and Name Pronunciation. To ensure that your name is pronounced correctly as you cross the stage, we strongly recommend that you complete this portion of the Commencement RSVP process. Failure to do so may result in your name being mispronounced.
Order your Commemorative Programs. We will gladly ship up to three paper copies of the Commemorative Programs to the address you indicate. The Program will only be available online during the Ceremony.
Stage Pass. You must have your Stage Pass to enter the line-up area and to participate in the ceremony.
Please visit the Commencement website periodically as it is updated often. After referring to the website, if you have any questions you cannot find answers to please email commencement@stevens.edu.
