Document Collection:

Electronic I-20 Retrieval for F-1 Students:

DHS allows DSOs to electronically send I-20s to student email addresses in SEVIS. If requested, your new I-20 will be attached as a PDF. Please be sure to print out your I-20 in color and sign and date your I-20 in the "Student Attestation" section on page 1. The printed I-20 becomes your physical copy for I-20 official use. These I-20s are used in the same way as previously issued I-20s. ISSS is unable to print I-20s that have been previously emailed to students.

In-Person Document Pick-Up:

The ISSS Office is located on the 9th Floor of Howe Center and is open from 10:00AM-4:00PM for document pick up. A valid photo ID is required when collecting documents from the ISSS Office. ISSS is not authorized to provide documents to 3rd parties.
