Virtual Career Fair

In-Person Networking Night

Join us for the most popular event of the year!

Meet outstanding Stevens students and strengthen your company brand. Students from all majors/degree programs will be invited to attend. Take a look at a recent Networking Night HERE!

This event is open to employer representatives interested in hiring students for full-time, internship, and co-op opportunities. All employer representatives will recieve a Digital Resume Book 24 hours after the event.

  • 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

  • Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ

  • UCC Tech Flex venue

  • On-Campus Parking Permits, Food and Beverages will be provided.

  • Employers receive one high-top table for up to two representatives.

  • Employers may bring one pop-up retractable banner to place near the table. No additional merchandise or tablecloths will be permitted due to the limited space on the table.

Employer Lunch and Learn Event

Employers can host a Lunch and Learn event for up to 15 students in the Career Center. A Lunch and Learn is an hour-long event where employer representatives share insights about the company and their career journey. Employers also have an opportunity to engage with students interested in the organization.

The employer is responsible for covering the cost of the lunch. The Career Center will send information about available lunch options.

  • The Stevens Career Center advertises the event to students.

  • Students submit resumes to participate in the event.

  • The employer selects students to invite to the event from the resumes submitted.

  • Optional: PowerPoint Presentation, Company Swag for students.

Career Chats

Career Chats are scheduled, one-on-one conversations between a student and employer representative or alumnus to discuss career opportunities in an organization. Career Chats are not job interviews but provide an opportunity for students to build their professional network and learn about career paths, job opportunities, and resume feedback.

Optional: Company Swag for students.

Information Session with Networking

An Information Session is a one-and-a-half hour event designed to help students gain insights about an organization and build professional relationships with your organization’s representatives. The first 45 minutes includes one speaker or a panel of three to four representatives sharing information about the organization and types of job opportunities available for students. The presentation is followed by a brief Q&A period and a 45-minute networking period to allow students to meet your representatives and ask questions.

Optional: PowerPoint Presentation, Company Swag for students, Food for students ordered through Stevens Campus Dining or an off-campus restaurant

On-Campus Interviews

On-Campus Interviews provide an opportunity for employers to interview students in-person for job opportunities. Students are selected by employers from the pool of students who apply to jobs posted on Handshake. Students selected for interviews are invited to schedule a time slot with an employer representative. The career center coordinates and manages the interview schedule for the day. On-Campus Interviews can include one or more representatives.

Alumni-in-Residence Program

The Stevens Career Center Alumni-in-Residence (AIR) Program provides an opportunity for employer representatives and members of the alumni association to meet Stevens students on-campus in the career center for purposes of connecting with and recruiting students. The Alumni-in-Residence Program is available to alumni who graduated from Stevens 10 or more years ago.

Program Benefits

  • Complimentary private office in the career center to use for career chats, interviews, and informational meetings.

  • Office space is available free of charge and must be reserved at least four weeks in advance for a minimum of four hours.

  • Offices are available 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday based upon availability.

  • The career center will promote the event to students.

  • Students submit resumes and are selected by alumni. The career center will coordinate scheduling.

  • Complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and bottled water will be available.
