New Graduate Student Information

Arrival Services

Graduate Student Life offers airport pickup at no cost and temporary housing, at a local hotel, for a nominal fee to new graduate students who are coming to Stevens from outside of New Jersey. Advanced registration is required for both services. Students looking to secure permanent accommodations in the areas surrounding Stevens are encouraged to visit our Permanent Housing Resources page. International Student Information

Every international student must demonstrate English language proficiency through TOEFL or IELTS test scores and the Stevens English Communication Proficiency Exam (ECPE). For more information, please visit the ELC page of the Office of Graduate Admissions website.

Health and Immunization Information

If you have not done so already, please review the Health and Immunization Records requirements from Student Health Services. Prior to arrival, you must have your Health Form completed by a doctor in your home country. Completed records must be submitted via the Healthy Stevens Portal found in the apps on myStevens on or before January 9, 2023.


Student ID Cards

If you are a new student entering the University, please submit a photo online for your first University ID card. Please visit DuckBills.com, go to the Online Card Office section, and select Photo upload. Sign in with your MyStevens credentials and follow the instructions to upload your photo. Once your photo has been submitted you will receive a confirmation via email.

You will obtain your Stevens ID card when you arrive on campus. Please bring either a government photo ID, driver’s license or passport, for verification.
