General Information

(updated 9/2025) I am seeking highly motivated PhD students with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join my research group at Stevens Institute of Technology. Our research explores fundamental and applied topics in signal processing and wireless communications, with emphasis on:

(1) Integrated sensing and communications (ISAC);
(2) Distributed RF sensing and communication systems;
(3) Massive MIMO and large-scale wireless systems;
(4) Graph signal processing;
(5) Emerging topics, including AI/ML and quantum technologies, for sensing and communications.

Email me (hli@stevens.edu) with your CV and undergraduate/graduate transcripts (copies) if interested. Please note that due to the high volume of emails I receive, I will follow up only if there is a good alignment with our research interests.

Additionally, there are immediate job openings available for postdoctoral positions in the above research areas. Ideal candidates should have a strong publication record, particularly as the primary author, in related fields. I will continue accepting applications until these positions are filled.
