2024 Fee Award Recipient - Madison Telles ’19

The Harold R. Fee 1920 Alumni Achievement Awards recognize and thank alumni who, through their engagement, have helped build a vibrant and supportive alumni community at Stevens.

Madison Telles ’19

Madison Telles ’19 is a senior mission assurance engineer with Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company.

The Californian was recruited to play softball for the Ducks, an activity she enjoyed during her first year at Castle Point. Telles quickly branched out by joining Theta Phi Alpha, serving as a pre-college counselor and new student orientation peer leader coordinator, as well as participating in undergraduate research opportunities in the humanities. She was vice president for programming for the Stevens Panhellenic Council and president and chairperson of the United Greek Committee, in addition to working as a student administrative assistant in the Office of Undergraduate Student Life. She also joined student chapters of multiple professional societies. In her senior year at Stevens, Telles supported the NASA RASC-AL student competition for her capstone project and was inducted into the Khoda Senior Honor Society.

As an alumna, Telles has been an early career panelist and a Pinning Ceremony speaker for the Lore-El Center and was a Young Alumni Speaker for the 2022 Wittpenn Walk.

External to her contributions to Castle Point, she has served the last four years organizing global events for the UN-backed Space Generation Advisory Council and has encouraged interested Stevens students and alumni to get involved with the organization along the way.

She is excited and honored to receive the 2024 Harold R. Fee award. “It is so special being chosen for this only a handful of years past graduation,” she says. “Stevens has played a pivotal role in shaping my journey, and as much as this award aims to celebrate how I’ve given back, it is also a reflection of the unwavering support and guidance I’ve felt from the Stevens community.”
