In-Person Support – Technology Resource and Assistance Center (TRAC)
Visit TRAC (located outside of the Library entrance) for walk-in or remote support: 
Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday 12 – 4 p.m.

Classroom Support
In-Person Classroom Emergency Response: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. 

The fastest way to receive information and classroom technology support is by scanning the QR codes located in all classrooms on campus:
The Black QR code provides users with information about the classroom.
The Red QR code will connect users directly with classroom support. 

After Hours 
Requests received outside of the above hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.
