Official transcripts from all institutions where you received credit. | · Unofficial copies of transcripts are acceptable for the application review process. If you are admitted to a program, however, at that time Stevens will require your official transcripts to be submitted in a sealed envelope. · If transcripts (mark sheet, diploma, degree certificate or academic record) are not in English, you must upload both the official transcript in the original language and its word-for-word English translation received from a Certified English Translator. Stevens Institute of Technology has no preferred translating service, but you can locate recognized translators through the US Embassy in your area or through your country’s Consulate if you are already in the United States. · After admission, you must submit both the official sealed transcript and the sealed word-for-word translation to the Stevens Institute of Technology, Office of Graduate Admissions upon arrival to the university. The outside of the envelope must bear the university seal or the translator’s endorsement |
GRE/GMAT Scores | · GRE/GMAT scores are required for all applicants applying into a full-time graduate program. Students wishing to attend on a part-time basis should refer to the individual program pages for their admission requirements. Please note that all scores are only valid if taken within 5 years prior to the application term. · For GRE and GMAT scores, we have no minimum requirements. Our application review is a holistic process where each material submitted will be taken into consideration. Therefore, you should try to make sure that each part of your application is as strong as possible. |
TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo scores (International Students Only) | All international applicants must demonstrate English Language proficiency by submitting the results of a TOEFL, an IELTS, or a Duolingo test dated within the last two years of your application review. Please note that Stevens requires a minimum TOEFL score of 74, a minimum IELTS score of 6, or a minimum Duolingo score of 110 to be considered for admission. |
Professional writing sample | Please upload a full sample thesis, research paper, or publication. Your research paper should have your name, the research's outcome, and references. Friendly reminder that the research paper is used to showcase your research abilities and also give the academic unit a glimpse of your potential graduate writing capabilities |
